Today we are sharing a beautiful creation from Dori Troutman of The Red Feedsack. She always does beautiful handwork and we can’t wait to share what she has made using the Country Roads fabric collection that is available in stores now. This fabric has beautiful blues, pinks and whites.
Country Roads Fabric is a tribute to John Denver and his nostalgic song “Country Roads take me home to the place I belong”… it includes a soft color palette of pale pinks, whites and deep blues. It combines the beautiful elegance of a variety of flowers, words from John Denvers song, stripes and small hexies.
Dori used a tulip pattern because this fabric reminded her of spring time and warmer weather. We think it’s beautiful using the Country Roads fabric and it looks so pretty on her table.
We love how the navy blue contrasts with the pinks and whites. It creates a soft summery table runner that brings hope for warmer weather.
We are so grateful you joined us for some sewing inspiration that includes the following designers. Please be sure to check back each week to see their fabulous creations!
Happy Sewing!
