Hi friends! Today wraps up our Delightful Department Store Fabric Tour. We have loved celebrating the release of our newest fabric line with Amy Jordan and seeing all the wonderful projects from our makers. Today we have Faith Essenburg of Sarana Ave who made a sweet pillow with fussy cut prints.
Faith used a pattern from Heidi Staples book Patchwork USA to make the “snapshots” and added sashing in yellow gingham and a pocket closure back for a quick finish. Read more about Faith’s pillow at Sarana Ave.
Fussy cut fabrics are some of our favorite things and this line has so many sweet details. Delightful Department Store is shipping to stores now and we can’t wait to see what you all make with it!
Delightful Department Store: 1950’S ladies all dressed up for the day and ready to head out on the town. This is going to be a glorious day of shopping, looking at pretty things and having lunch with the girlfriends. There is nothing better than spending a day filled with laughter and good cheer. This beautiful collection has mixed yellows, mints, teals and all shades of pinks to create a colorful color palette. The fabric collection includes 1950’s dresses on lovely ladies, roses, ginghams, tiny tossed roses, receipts for the shopping day and all over flower dots.
If you missed the rest of the tour be sure to check out our previous posts and check out our makers for this months tour. Thank you for stopping by and following along, we can’t wait to share what’s next!
