Welcome to the Hey, Love Bug fabric tour! Today we’re admiring this collection and projects from Blue Ribbon Designs. Beetles, butterflies, and caterpillars are just a few of the cute critters you’ll find in this collection. It’s a beautiful balance of tossed patterns and geometric designs, all blooming with bright and cheerful colors.
Belinda's creativity and personal flair is exactly what this collection needed. She has created multiple beautiful projects, using patchwork and wool felt to create some show stopping projects. Let's take a look!

First, Belinda made these fantastic fabric canisters. She used some of the lovely tossed patterns and the Love Bug Multi hexi pattern, to make practical pieces and organizational tools for her sewing room. How sweet and springy!
We could never overlook this incredible wool felt pin cushion. Words can barely express how enamoring this pin cushion is. The hand stitching, layered pieces, and adorable little lady bug couldn't be any sweeter! The care and attention to detail that shows up so obviously in Belinda's projects is just astounding.

This beautiful patchwork project bag channels so much creativity. The pink rick rack and using Bugs in blue as a focus fabric gives so much energy. The beautiful 3D flower is the perfect finishing touch, with delicate looking leaves, beautiful petals, and a lovely hand stitched center.
The Hey Love Bug collection is designed by McKenzie Elston. The bright primary colors carry so much whimsy and the play on the classic VW Bug car is too cute!

Belinda's final stunning project in the Hey, Love Bug collection is this Patchwork Art Portfolio. We love the practicality in this project. There are so many little pockets and spaces for storing any tools you'd want on-the-go to create a lovely work of art!
