Hi friends! We are so excited to introduce our next fabric line to you! Prairie Sisters Homestead was lovingly designed by Lori Wood. This line is a throwback to our very first collection called Prairie Sisters. It’s a classic farm style with fancy chickens, florals, strawberries and ginghams. It’s the perfect collection for all your countryside needs.
This darling chicken panel was a promotion for international quilt market in October of 2022. It was so well received that we decided to add this to the collection. The panel is available and was printed with no Poppie Cotton written on the bottom. It is only the chicken. You can make pillows. We have cut out the chicken and made darling aprons. It’s charming.
Another piece that adds to the Prairie Sisters Homestead is this row by row. These rows are anywhere between 2 1/2″ to 5″ wide. The vision is to use them as beautiful borders for your quilts. You can also fussy cut all the charming designs.
To support this fabric collection and showoff the designs, Jina Barney has designed this quilt called A Day in the Countryside. Lori and Jina, co-founders of Poppie Cotton work hand in hand daily to come up with beautiful creative designs for fabric and projects that they love sharing with you!
Prairie Sisters Homestead will be shipping out to fabric shops this month and as we celebrate the release of this happy new line we are excited to be sharing the beautiful projects that each of our makers have been working on. Be sure to follow along with our fabric tour right here for all the fun!
