Welcome to the Granny’s Sewing Room Fabric Tour with Blue Ribbon Designs

Today on our tour, we have Belinda from Blue Ribbon Designs.

Belinda brings us several cheery projects that you're sure to enjoy just as much as we do! This Sew Happy sample quilt is made up of foundation pieced and appliqué blocks. The background includes fabrics from two of our basics collections - Country Confetti and Jailhouse Stripes.

This stripped pieced large project bag is a lovely display of each of the fabrics in this collection.

Granny’s sewing room, designed by Sheri McCulley, is a lovely vintage, sewing-themed collection. Romantic prints with tiny blossoms and sweet bluebirds, buttons, and notions. This collection is perfect for sewing room accessories, aprons, pillows, and quilts. This color palette reflects the vintage aesthetic with teals, pinks, and yellows. Inspiration is endless with these gorgeous fabrics!

The sewing roll is a lovely tool for storing all your sewing tools to keep them on hand. Our favorite part is the lovely wool felt to house pins and needles - just look at those little scalloped edges! Opened, the sewing roll measures 6 inches by 17 inches. There are three pockets; the bottom one is gusseted, which allows for the storage of some larger items. The strawberry pincushion is the perfect company for this sewing roll, complete with adorable decorative pins!
