Today on our tour we have Belinda from Blue Ribbon Designs. She has brought us three darling projects.
First, this gorgeous Sweet Sewing Book. The beautiful book has an elastic and button closure, 5 pockets, wool felt needle pages, and fussy cut and appliquéd accents. We especially love the hand-dyed trim and twill tape and the specialty pins.
This collection, designed by Sheri McCulley, is simply darling. Wildwood Dwellings plays with designs in nature... the deer, the squirrel, the fox, acorns, leaves, pots of flowers and berries. All of these designs are on a larger scale and showcased on a panel. This panel would be so easy to add borders to and create a quick and lovely quilt.
Belinda's second project is this beautiful Dresden plate project bag. It's beautiful, featuring a fussy cut center circle, trimmed with a yellow rick rack, and completed with a yellow zipper.
The color palette of this collection consists of soft pinks and deep rose, pale blues and darker blues and sunny yellows. These fabrics would make beautiful towels, quilts, shirts, dresses and pillows.
Finally, Belinda has presented us with this lovely Dresden plate table runner. This table runner is 42.5 inches by 14.5 inches, trimmed with a 3/4 inch rick rack, wit a country confetti background.
We're always impressed with Belinda's creations. Take a look through her blog and online shop to find more little projects to tickle your fancy.
