Today on our tour, we have Ellie Gau! She has made two beautiful projects with the Wildwood Dwellings fabric collection.
Ellie's first project is this beautiful Prairie Lassies doll. She's decked out in a new spring outfit that Ellie made using a pinafore and bloomers pattern by Sherri McCulley. She couldn't look any sweeter!
This collection, designed by Sheri McCulley, is simply darling. Wildwood Dwellings plays with designs in nature... the deer, the squirrel, the fox, acorns, leaves, pots of flowers, and berries. All of these designs are on a larger scale and showcased on a panel. This panel would be so easy to add borders to and create a quick and lovely quilt.
The color palette of this collection consists of soft pinks and deep rose, pale blues and darker blues and sunny yellows. These fabrics would make beautiful towels, quilts, shirts, dresses and pillows.
This is the Ruby Vest, patterned by Syd Graham. Ellie made a patchwork using the prints from the Wildwood Dwellings collection and constructed this adorable vest. She used our Country Confetti in Cream Soda to bind and line the vest, and it is perfect!
