Today we are so excited to share Dori’s gorgeous quilt from The Red Feed Sack. She has made this amazing quilt and has shared the behind the scenes photos … with her grandchildren holding the quilt … and who she gifted this beautiful quilt to!
The quilt pattern is called Meadowland by Then Came June. We think this is the perfect pattern to show off the darling prints in Daisy Mae. We love the navy blues, corals and butter yellows that are highlighted.
Dori also used Poppie Cotton’s Country Confetti in Waffle Cone … a beautiful mustard yellow for the binding. It’s the perfect pop of color to bind this quilt.
We love the back of the quilt as much as the front of the quilt. At first, we thought this was a low volume quilt and Dori had made several quilts … but this is the back and we just love it!
You can view more of the prints in Daisy Mae here on Poppie Cottons website.
We are so grateful you joined us for some sewing inspiration. Please be sure to check back and see all the other designers who are joining us with their fabulous creations!
