Hi friends, welcome back to our Garden Party fabric tour! We are so excited for our upcoming fabric line from Sheri McCulley! We have just loved sharing what each of our makers have been working on. Dori from The Red Feedsack made a Garden Journal that is just the sweetest!
Dori made this Garden Journal by covering a binder and adding a vinyl pocket for keeping writing supplies. To learn more, head over to The Red Feedsack blog.
Among her many sewing talents, Dori is also a wonderful gardener and runs a flower farm along with her daughter and the rest of their family. We just love that she made a project with Garden Party that will be used to help her in her daily work. Spoiler alert: her granddaughter added her artwork to the pages inside which you can see over on the blog post and its just so sweet!
Garden Party is the sweetest collection of designs with watering cans, gardening hat and tools, strawberries, birdhouses, a trellis of flowers and multiple colorways of flowers. The color palette has soft pinks, pale blues, creamy yellows, a touch of orange and raspberry with a few navy blues. The scale is small and easy to work with for quilting, home décor and clothing. If you were to ever have a secret garden these are the designs that would speak to you.
Be sure to follow along with our tour!
