Wanderings Fabric Tour with Poppie Cotton

Wanderings Fabric Tour with Poppie Cotton

We are so thrilled with all the amazing designers who have inspired us over the last few months with their beautiful projects and creations. You can find all of the Wanderings fabrics here.

The blush prints in this Wanderings Fabric collection are scrumptious and delicious! It is the perfect blush and combined with these florals makes everything so feminine and sweet!

The low volume fabrics, with the whites and grays are the perfect place to rest your eyes and use for contrast with the vibrancy of the delicate flowers and motifs.

Ahh…and then there are the calm and serene hues of light, medium and dark blues. These blues combined with the whites and blush make this Wanderings collection unique and envious to all those quilters who want to create something special!

This pillow uses a Dresden Plate block as the center. There is something special about the piecing of a Dresden Plate that combines all the prints into a flowing flower like effect. In the middle we have used the Stamp and Stitch. This is a new product where you stamp the design and then stitch with embroidery floss. The wonderful combination of embroidering and patchwork is one of our favorites. On the outside edge we have hand stitched with big embroidery stitches and sewing machine stitches to create the quilting on this pillow. A one-of-a-kind handmade gift for a special corner of your home!

Be sure to check out all the amazing handmade projects by the designers below! We are in the mood to get back to creating and designing new fabrics and creations to share with all our friends!!!

Happy Sewing!
