Oh me, oh my, oh wow! … the detail in this quilt is stunning! Belinda has captured the essence of Woodland Songbirds fabric and given this quilt a feeling of tenderness and sweetness!
We are so in love with the soft colors of Woodland Songbirds. The light peaches, soft mints, teals, grays and blacks with a small hint of green and plenty of white. The fabric collection is designed by Sheri McCulley for Poppie Cotton. These gorgeous fabric designs include beautiful flowers and birds from nature, sweet mushrooms and coordinating geometrics and ferns. The applique flowers, music notes, birds and stars… sing a sweet melody in our ears and make us want to sit and stitch a while. Love the cute button centers inside the flowers!
Notice how Belinda has used the dark grays to contrast with all the soft pastel prints in the Woodland Songbirds fabric collection… yummy peaches and soft mints.

We love the simple wiggly lines of quilting through the middle of the quilt. It gives the overall appearance a modern touch.
Belinda has also incorporated our weathered wood Country Confetti polka dot print. Super cute and super fun mixed with the Woodland Songbird designs.
